According to an interview on Fox News NJ Governor Chris Christie is asking NJ teachers to take a 1 year wage freeze and pay 1.5% of pay for their health insurance, which would average $750. per person and there would be no layoffs & no cuts to schools! According to Christie we will save $800 million.

They receive Full Family Free Medical Dental Vision! (a small amount pay a little) From the day a teacher is hired until they die they receive free health care for life! A teacher who put $124,000 into a pension will receive $3.3 mil pension & $500,000. in health benefits...how can we sustain this kind of spending?

It is time they share in the recession like small business owners. The unions want a 4 - 5 % pay increase, while we made half of what we made last year!

Last yr NJ paid $823 million in retiree health benefits.

NJ lost $70 billion in wealth the last 4 yrs with businesses leaving NJ bc of high taxes! Raising taxes is not the solution.

Free Speech for Clarence Thomas's Wife: Let the Woman Speak!

Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas's wife Virginia Thomas has a First Amendment Right to Freedom of Speech. She is part of a non partisan group, Liberty Central Inc. a legal 501C4, that wants to inform voters with Report Cards of legislators voting records.

Democrat PA Governor Ed Rendell is married to a Federal Judge, Marjorie Rendell. That does not keep Rendell from being involved in politics and even partisan politics. Why is the LA Times worried about Virginia Thomas's involvement and not Ed Rendell's wife? If it is good for the goose, it is good for the gander.

Women are entitled to have separate roles from their husbands and Virginia Thomas has a First Amendment right to Free Speech.

Dear Mr. President:          During my shift in the Emergency Room last night, I had  the   pleasure of evaluating a patient whose smile revealed an expensive shiny gold tooth, whose body was adorned with a wide assortment of elaborate and costly tattoos, who wore a very expensive brand of tennis shoes and who chatted on a new cellular telephone equipped with a popular R&B ringtone.         While glancing over her patient chart, I happened to notice that   her payer status was listed as "Medicaid"! During my examination of her, the patient informed me that she smokes more than one costly pack of cigarettes every day and somehow still has money to buy pretzels and beer.         And, you and our Congress expect  me to pay for this woman's health care?  I contend that our nation's "health care crisis" is  not the result of a shortage of quality hospitals, doctors or  nurses. Rather, it is the result of a "crisis   of culture",  a culture in which it is perfectly acceptable to spend money on luxuries and vices while refusing to take care of one's self or, heaven forbid, purchase health insurance.  It is a culture based in the irresponsible credo that "I can do whatever I want to because someone else will always take care of me".         Once you fix this  "culture crisis" that rewards irresponsibility and dependency, you'll be amazed at how quickly our nation's health care difficulties will disappear.

Throw Them Out! The American People Do Not Want Obamacare!

1.       It is Too Expensive. We Can't Afford it! Payroll taxes will go up in 2010 and we will not get coverage for 3 years, 2013. The economy is weak. Unemployment is High. Consumer Confidence is Low. This is the wrong time to add more spending to a weak economy and cover millions more. This is WRONG!

2.       Bribes with Rides on Air Force One to Rep Dennis Kucinich D-Ohio & Rep. Marcia Fudge D-Ohio. Also Obama is Selling a Judgeship -Undecided  Rep. Jim Matheson's brother Scott M. Matheson, Jr, was nominated to the a judgeship on the bench this year. This is WRONG!                                                                                                         

3.       Kickbacks in Billions- to Connecticut $100 Million Hospital Handout,   Florida Gator Aid $5 Billion, Louisiana Purchase $100 Million-, Montana Asbestos Deal $300 Million, Nebraska Cornhusker Kickback $1.2 Billion, Massachusetts & Vermont Extra Medicaid Funding, Florida & New York able to keep Medicaid Funding .  This is WRONG!

It is unclear where these deals stand" according to ABC's Jake Tapper. *a -Senior adviser David Axelrod said, "Other states could potentially benefit as well"...That does not make it right to single out these states for bribes for votes. It is still WRONG!

4.       The wording is too vague on Abortion Funding. There has never been Federal funds used for abortions and the Senate Bill does not include strong enough language. This is WRONG!  Democrats in the House who voted for the bill with the Stupack amendment may not even be able to vote for a bill if they use a special procedure! This is WRONG!  The Senate bill will allow use of federal subsidies to buy health insurance plans that cover abortions. *b         

5.       There is yet to be a bill with wording and there is no Cost analysis from the Congressional Budget Office yet. How can they pass it out of committee and vote on it when there is no CBO report? They are taking money from Social Security to pay for Health Care. This is WRONG! The Cuts to Medicaid are being counted and spent elsewhere, being counted twice. This is WRONG!

6.       Obama promised we would be able to read the final bill online before they vote. They are pushing this through. President Obama lied to the American people. It was sent out of the Budget Committee without a CBO REPORT! Where is the final bill? The American people deserve to read this bill! This is WRONG!

7.       The Democrats are planning on using the Slaughter Solution, "Deem & Pass". . The House doesn't want to pass the Senate Bill so...The Slaughter Solution?"Deem & Pass" without a House Vote. Art. 1 Section 7 of the US Constitution says there must be a vote!- It is unconstitutional! Tyranny! This is WRONG!

On FOX, Greta Van Sustern asked, " What is the Slaughter solution?" Rep Jim Dreier: " It is a plan C, named after Democratic congresswoman Louise Slaughter, chair of the House Rules Committee. Now, she has a plan to get the health care bill through the House without a vote on the Senate-passed bill." *c

Dreier: "never before has this kind of thing taken place, where they are looking to avoid accountability on a measure that would have the federal government take control of one sixth of our economy."

8.       The American people do not want Obamacare. Whoever votes for Obamacare, throw them out of office.  Remember Scott Brown, Chris Christie & Bob McDonnell. All republicans who recently won.If the bill goes down I do not think it will be bad for Obama because the majority of the American people will be relieved it didn't pass and Obama will be seen more favorably. If it passes the anger will be untenable.

9. The latest: According to "The Impudent Tyranny of Sen.Harry Reid" Harry Reid's Amendment 3403, the subsection at issue here concerns the regulatory power of the Independent Medicare Advisory Board (IMAB) to 'reduce the per capita rate of growth in Medicare spending.' "

"Beginning on page 1,000 of the measure, Section 3403 reads in part: ". it shall not be in order in the Senate or the House of Representatives to consider any bill, resolution, amendment or conference report that would repeal or otherwise change this subsection."

These are the Government Panels that will decide who gets cut, the so called "Death Panels." If this passes they will never allow any changes to this. Reid wanted to keep his Section 3403 poison pill secret for as long as possible.
